Row of 7 cottages, early C19, brown brick in Flemish bond with pale headers, with graded grey slate roof. 2 storeys. Doors of 4 fielded panels, under oblong overlights, in moulded wood cases. The overlights to all but No. 268 are of 12 panes, margined to sides. 2 basket-arched entries. 12-pane recessed sashes with wedge lintels and projecting stone cills. 8 chimneys on ridge. No.268 is double fronted; the other cottages are of 1 bay, but also with a sash above each entry.
