THE BROADWAY 1.

4430 (West Side) CHEAM 26.1.71. No 45 - No 47 26.1.71. Nos 49 to to (odd) TQ 2463 NW 29/15 II GV 2. C17 probably; timber-framed. 2 storeys. Modern tile roof with hip to south end. Nos 45 and 47 (one premises) with roughcast cladding to lst floor and weather- boarded cladding below; 2 horizontally sliding sashes above; 2 sashes with glazing bars below; centre doorway with moulded architrave frame and half-glazed door.

No 49 has on 1st floor a 2-light casement to left hand and a small window to right hand. Door, small window and modern glazed addition on ground floor.

No 51 with roughcast cladding. 2 sashes with glazing bars above; on ground floor, a shop window and a doorway. Nos 53 and 55 with roughcast cladding. On 1st floor, 2 sash windows, 1 horizontally sliding sash and a 2-light casement. Shop front on ground floor.

No 57 has modern curved front to The Broadway. In North return to Park Lane, a clapboard extension with slate roof; 2 C19 sashes each 3 panes wide.

Nos 45 to 57 (odd) form a group with Nos 1 to 25 Park Lane (odd) and with Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, with garden wall to north of Nos 1 to 3 Malden Road, with the Rectory, garden walls and laundry in grounds of Rectory.
