Late C18. 2 storeys. Colourwashed brick. Hipped old tile roof. Brick dentil eaves. No 13 has 2-light wood casement above and below; half-glazed modern door to left hand. No 15 has sash window 3 panes wide above and below, lower one segmental headed. Segmental headed doorway, half-glazed modern door in reveals.

Nos 1 to 25 (odd) Park Lane form a group with Nos 45 to 57 (odd) The Broadway, with Nos 1 to 9 (odd) Malden Road, with garden wall to north of Nos 1 and 3 Malden Road, with the Rectory garden walls and laundry in grounds of Rectory.
