Late C18, 2 storeys and attics in ashlar. New stone slate roof with 3 hipped dormers. One building. Moulded stone band between storeys. No 20 has 2 windows; No 21 has one window in plain reveals, double-hung sashes with glazing bars. Central C19 door of 4 panels with rectangular 3-light fanlight. One inset foot scraper.

The Roman Catholic Church of St Augustine, School, Wall and gate to Church SChOOl; Wall and gate piers to Ch++ch] with Nos 14, 15 and Nos 17 to 22 (consec) form a group.
