Cottages, semi-detached c1850. 2-storeys and attic, local Stone cut and squared with plain ashlar quoins and dressings, plain clay tiles to roof, with ornamental bands of fish-scale tiles; central and end plain brick chimney stacks. Each house of 2-bays, the outer bays projecting slightly. No 74 has french doors set in arched head (with main entrance to rear); No 76 has projecting wood porch of later date; both doorways with small windows either side: simple chamfer-mullioned 3-light windows (with no hood mouldings) to ground floor: outer first floor windows 3-light (the centre light taller), the inner most of 2-lights: small gable windows to attics. Small gables to inner windows, full gables to outer bays, all with ornamental bargeboards (the larger gable to No 76 has altered pattern). West side extension to No 76 in ashlar stonework with projecting 2-storeys angled bay with sliding sash windows and matching decorated gable. Interiors not seen. Outbuildings to both properties not of interest.
