House and Bank. Early C19. Render grooved as ashlar, rusticated ground floor, C20 cornice strip below original wooden moulded cornice, low pitched Welsh slate roof, hipped to left, brick stacks. 3-storeys and 5-bays, ground floor with C20 window frames, others sashes with glazing bars in slightly raised surrounds with rusticated voussoirs, except second floor. Ground floor frieze. Doorcase with moulded architrave and console brackets to cornice, modern door, outer bay right.
