WOKINGHAM DENMARK STREET SU 8168 SW (West side) 19/7 Nos. 31 and 33 2.5.74 G.V. II Cottage, now office. Early C17, altered and restored late C20. Timber framed with painted render infill; old tile gabled roof. Lobby entrance plan of 2 framed bays. 2 storeys. Central ridge chimney. C20 casement windows behind diamond mullions on first floor. C20, single, fixed light windows on ground floor between framing. Interior:- timber frame exposed complete, with some replacement timbers. Queen post roof, clasped purlins. Now part of No.35, (listed separately 19/8).
