Circa 1822. Possibly designed by Sir Richard Westmacott and executed by a builder named Fisher. Not built according to designs in Wilton Muniment Room. Ashlar. Flat carriageway. 5 low 3-centred arches carry the bridge.
Rustic voussoirs forming heavy Gibbs surrounds and breakwaters. Arches separated by block shields. Cornice; balustraded parapet with raised panels to dies.
