4430 WALLINGTON Nos 3 to 9 (odd) TQ 2864 NE 22/218 II 2.

Row of cottages with probably late C18 front; 2 parallel ranges; the first lease for these cottages was made on 10 January 1684 between Sir Nicholas Carew, Sir Richard Spencer, Baronet Anthony Bowyer and John Spencer. Interior not inspected.

Red plain tile roofs. Short square stacks on ridges, 2 to each range. Red brick front; brick dentil eaves cornice. Sash windows with frames and glazing bars; horns. Doors to Nos 3 and 9 in returns; doorways to Nos 5 and 7 to centre, both with architrave frames and flat hoods, 4-panelled door to No 5 and door with top 2 panels glazed to No 7.
