UPTON LOVELL UPTON LOVELL VILLAGE ST 94 SW (north side) 3/152 Lovel House GV II _ Detached house. Early Cl9. Yellow Flemish bond brick, hipped Welsh slate roof with brick stacks. L-plan. Two-storey over basement, 3-window. Basement has 2-light recessed chamfered mullioned casement either side of stone steps up to central entrance; 6-panelled door with semi-circular fanlight with semi- circular stone hood, 16-pane sash with flat arch either side.
Three-brick band to first floor; three sashes. Right return has mullioned window to basement, 16-pane sash to ground and first floors, attached 2-storey mid C19 brick wing with double 8-panelled doors and sashes, wavy barge boards to right gable end. Left return has lean-to conservatory, sashes to first floor. Rear also has 16-pane sashes.
Interior retains original joinery; window shutters and doors and staircase.
