5407 (East Side) No 34 (Kingsbury Hill House) [Formerly listed as No 13 (Kingsbury Hill House) SU 1869 1/54 18.7.49.

2. Cl8 front to C17 house. Lead rainwater pipes at corners with enriched cast lead rainwater heads and date of 1772 on top pipe holders. 2 storey and attic. Chequer brick front on moulded stone plinth. Stone string at 1st floor level and chamfered stone quoins above string. Moulded wood cornice carried round central pediment over slight central projection with quoins, Half hipped old tile roof and two small gabled dormers with lead lights. 2 coupled windows in segmental arched openings. In central bay single 1st floor window flanked by vitreous brick recessed panels, and 6-panel door (flush type) in wide moulded stone architrave surround under flat hood, and flanked by similar vitreous panels. Parts of back have brick walls with flint panels. Parts of back have brick walls with flint panels and mullioned and transomed 4-light and various windows. some early Cl9 additions.

Nos 17 to 34 (consec) form a group.
