Cl8. Red brick, with some grey headers. Pitched tile roof. 2 storeys. Brick modillion eaves cornice. 3 casements with glazing bars on lst floor. 2 sashes with glazing bars (left hand cl8, right hand C19) and 1 segmental bay window with glazing bars and Cl8 glass on ground floor. Modern door in original segment-headed opening.

Nos 17 and 18 form a group with no 1, opposite, and with Nos 1, 2, 4 to 11 (consec), and Nos 40 to 48A (consec), Kingsbury Street.
