1862-3. Architect William White. Brick. Partly tile-hung. Pitched tile roof.
Ashlar coped gables. Brick stacks. 2 storeys and attics. Some stone-mullioned windows. 1 canted bay with casements. Entrance has pointed arched door behind porch in antis, itself with pointed arch with moulded brick voussoirs on ashlar corbels. 2 tiny single-light windows with cusped pointed arches above sills and voussoirs of ashlar. Further north 2 pairs of pointed arches with moulded brick voussoirs.
