Workshop. Late C17. Timber framed with tarred weatherboard cladding on rendered brick plinth, plain tiled roof, hipped to right with pan tiled roof over single storey hip roofed extension to left. Rectangular plan of 4 bays. Two mullioned windows under the eaves to right, each 7 lights with overlapping glass panes.

Metal framed windows to ground floor, one 5-light and one 12-light. Double doors to right hand return front under drip board. Hearth to one end. The workshop is connected with the Wey Navigation Canal (cut in 1653) and was possibly the workshop for the construction of the lock gates.
