Hammer- dressed stone with rock-faced stone additions and graduated stone slate roof. 4 bays and 2-storeys with additions to rear forming a parallel range, Symmetrical elevation consisting of four 5-light double-chamfered stone mullion windows on each floor with transoms on the ground floor only. Projecting plinth and continuous hoodmould to ground floor windows. Boldly projecting but truncated chimney stacks between bays 1 and 2, and 3 and 4.
