SOUTHBOROUGH HOLDEN ROAD (south side) 4/1 27-10-50 Holden House - II

Later C18 house. Red brick on stone plinth with painted stringcourses above ground and second floors. Brick parapet to hipped slate roof. 3 storey, 5 bay facade. Sash windows with glazing bars missing. Central porch with twin fluted Doric columns supporting hood. Round-headed doorway with inset fanlight. 3-bay ground floor addition at north-west end. At south-west end a later block con- taining offices with 2 bays facing south-west and ground-floor addition of 1 bay beyond.
