SD 92NE HEBDEN ROYD C.P. KING STREET, Hebden Bridge 1/165 Nos. 10 and 12 (Green Springs) - - II

Pair of cottages. Early Cl9. Hammer dressed stone, modern tile roof. 2 storeys. 2 cells. Each has doorway with monolithic jambs next to 5-light flat faced mullioned window with projecting sill. Same over. 2 stacks to ridge.

Quoins at angles and between each cell. To front of house is stone trough with stone slab shelf over. This formerly had 2 carved celtic heads on it. One is now preserved inside No. 10, the other has gone.
