Late C19. 2 storeys; 3 bays wide, attached to, and a little advanced from, No 93. Red and yellow brick; slate roof. Ground floor with simple door at the right but originally central. Sash windows. Included for group value only.

Nos 89 and 91, Nos 93 and 95 including No 1 Mount Pleasant Road, Nos 106 to 112 (even) on the opposite side together with the 'Hop Poles' Public House in Mount Pleasant Road and the 'Duke's Head' Public House in Butts Road form a group.
