Early C19. Small circular toll-house or lodge, cottage orne style. Ashlar with tiled roof. One storey and attics. Metal eaves cornice with a scalloped edge hanging down. Conical roof of curved tiles with an ornamental terracotta chimneystack in the centre. One hipped dormer facing east. Curved window of 2 tiers of 6 lights with stone mullions and transom and leaded lights of fancy quatrefoil design. Recessed verandah with rustic wooden columns. Simple door case.
