Early C19 house. 3 storeys ashlar faced. Perhaps originally of 2 storeys. Plat band over ground floor, moulded string over 1st floor, 2nd floor sill band, moulded main cornice and parapet returned to gable ends. Good cast iron geometric pattern balustrade above parapet with acorn finials. 3 windows to symmetricalsymmetrical, renewed glazing bar sashes. Enclosed ashlar porch with panelled flanking strips.

Double door of 6 panels, 2 glazed. Entablature with ball finials on blocking course to front.

No 109, the Union Chapel and Nos 113 to 117 (odd) form a group.
