Formerly called Catlands. C16 timber-framed building with plaster and some red brick infilling, the ground floor partly rebuilt in brick and flints.

Hipped tiled roof. Modern windows except one. Two storeys. Three windows.

The building has a tablet on it recording its association with Dr Frederick Wallace Linton Bogle "who practised hereabouts and died in 1964".
