Early C19. Corner building. Main facade faces High Street. Stuccoed with stringcourses between each floor and eaves bracket cornice. Hipped slate roof. 3 storeys.

3 windows to High Street, centre lst and 2nd floors blank, sashes with late C19 glazing. 1 window to East Street, sashes with glazing bars. Semi-circular porch with round arched doorway. Semi-circular fanlight and door with 6 moulded panels.

Nos 3 to 39 (odd) and Old Claredon House form a group with Nos 2, 6 and 8, Nos 14 to 18 (even) Nos 22 to 26 (even) Rockstone House and Nos 5 to 11 (odd) The Old Lodge and Old Lodge Cottage High Street, Titchfield (Nos 14 to 18 (even) and Nos 22 to 26 (even) are buildings of local interest).
