1829, probably by Joseph Kay. Part of market plan, Unified composition. Each 3 storeys, 2 windows. Stucco. The outer 2 bays at either end project slightly and are defined by Doric pilasters. Centre bays divided by 5 Ionic columns.
Entablature and parapet above, with wreaths in frieze over pilasters. Plain reveals to replaced sash windows with glazing bars. Modern shops on ground floor.
No 34 has 4-bay right return to Durnford Street in similar style with pilasters.
