10/33 Tayler monument in churchyard about 1m south of south aisle of Church of St Nicholas

GV II

Chest tomb, c1800, ashlar with 2 fielded plaques each side in egg- and-dart moulded frames. Ornate floral drop to south side centre, simpler paired husk drops and rosette centres to north side.

Fluted quarter-columns at angles. Moulded base, cornice with fluted frieze broken forward over plaques. Inscription to Mary Tayler, died 1806.
