1 building, early C19; 4 storeys; gault brick with cemented parapet; 2 windows with recess between in both two top storeys; 1st floor 2 3-light windows, later glazing; shop front in 2 bays with central and end fluted Corinthian pilasters. Slate roof. (RCHM 129).
All the listed buildings on the East Side of King's Parade form a group.
