ASCOTT-UNDER-WYCHWOOD HERITAGE LANE SP 21 NE 3/15 Heritage House - - II Farmhouse. Early-mid C18. Front rendered, Cotswold stone roof. Coped verges, corniced ashlar end chimneys. Central through passage plan. Two storeys and attics; 2 gabled dormers. Two windows, C20 casements to left, late C19 plate glass sashes to right. Central half-glazed door with late C20 imitation stone gabled porch.
Main feature is circular panel in plaster above porch. Two small (stair) lights to right. Lower 2-storey wing to right with one window on first floor and 2 on ground floor, 2-light casements. To rear: stopped chamfer timber lintels and apparent tie beam ends.
Interior: newel stair survives from first floor to attic; on landing is a small display cupboard (? re-set) with shell-hood; one 2-panel early C18 door survives.
