Mill and miller's house, later farmhouse. C18, extended and re-furbished mid C19.

Coursed squared Cotswold stone rubble with stone slate and concrete tile roofs.

Long single depth two storey range in at least two builds. Later sheds at right angles at west and not of special interest; also not of interest are the detached privy and modern Dutch barn. From left to right single bay slightly recessed and with a lower roof line; stable door below, taking in door to hay loft above, both with segmental heads. Next comes the mill; doorways flank window with taking in door above centre. Then 3 bay mill house. Two windows with door to right below, three windows above, all small paned casements in segmental heads. Additional bay added to right, single window below, blank above, modern stone stack. East gable elevation has a square headed window below, segmental headed above. Rear elevation has small gabled wing and a stone lateral stack to house, several other small openings.

Interior not accessible but apparently little altered.

Winder stair, chamfered cross beam in living room. Mill has large chamfered spine beam and original heavy floor joists. Room structures apparently original.

No mill machinery remains visible but the wheel is believed to remain under the floor.

A very attractive and little altered mill building.
