GV II

Inn, C17, rendered rubble stone with stone tile roof, end wall and ridge stacks. One storey and attic. 3 gable front, larger gable to left with 3-light flush stone mullion window and hoodmould, stopped cyma-mouldings, 3-light timber mullion windows, ovolo- moulded to 2 right side gables. Ground floor 4-light ovolo-moulded timber mullion window, door in stone tiled gabled porch with ashlar sides, 4-light ovolo-moulded timber mullion window and 3-light flush stone mullion window with hoodmould and stopped cyma- mouldings. Leaded lights throughout. Stone 4-step mounting-block against front wall. Curved former stair tower on rear wall, 12- pane sash each floor. Gabled rear range with end wall stack.

Interior: C18 arched corner cupboard in ground floor south-east angle, and another in former stair tower. Stone fireplace with moulded jambs and stone shelf over backing on to cross passage.
