TQ 2682 SE CITY OF WESTMINSTER ST JOHN'S WOOD ROAD, NW8 32/6 (north-west side) Nos 35 and 37 5.2.70 GV II Pair of houses. Early-mid C19. Yellow brick with stucco dressings. 2 storeys and basement, 4 bays including recessed entrance bays to sides. Steps to porches with attached columns, round-arched entrances, panelled door to No 37, fanlights. Segment-arched recesses with stucco impost band containing sash with glazing bars to No 37, C20 casement to No 35. Iron balcony. 1st floor sill band. Casement windows in original openings with flat gauged brick arches.

Cornice and shallow central pediment.
