On site of 1587 almshouses (and of 1778 nurses house). Rebuilt and extended in 1869 by James Noble. Symmetrical design, 2 storey 5 window centre, slightly advanced, central window in slight break forward with gable above. 1 storey 4 window wing each side. Red brick with yellow dressings at quoins and yellow brick toothed eaves band. Entrances with anointed arches. Tile roofs.
