GV II

Detached house. Circa early C19 (datestone not read); possibly built in 1816 by the Blanchminster Charity. Roughcast stone rubble. Asbestos tile hipped roof.

End stacks with brick shafts. Plan: Double depth plan with 2 principal front rooms, central entrance and probably smaller service rooms at the back.

Exterior: 2 storeys and attic. Symmetrical 2-window front. Late C19 or early C20 16-pane sashes. 2 gabled dormers with original 12-pane sashes. Central doorway with C19 glazed flush panel door and wooden open porch with latticework panels at top. Rear elevation not inspected. Including pitched cobble path in front of front garden area wall. Interior not inspected.
