Earlier C19 remodelling of earlier house. 3 storeys. 1 window. Hipped Welsh slate roof with rendered stack. Bracketed eaves cornice. Stucco front with wide segmental bowed window bay rising full height of building. Architraved sash windows with side lights and glazing bars. Wooden bowed shop front with pilasters carrying entablatur and shop window with columnette mullions.
