Farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. C16-C17 to left hand side, comprising a short main range and projecting cross wing; later addition to right of cross wing.

Timber framed and plastered, some brick casing; roof clad in corrugated iron sheeting. 2 storeys with attic to cross wing. Various C19-C20 casement windows, 3 C20 doors. Internal stack to earlier part, rebuilt in yellow brick, and a similar but smaller stack to the later range. The roof at the end of the later range has been reduced in height. The earlier part has some exposed framing and joists, with a blacked mullioned window and blocked arched doorway in the cross wing; this portion of the house was semi-derelict at the time of survey.
