5377 (east side) No 166 (Bay Lodge) and No 168 (Jasmine Cottage) TL 9949 51/53 II GV 2. An C18-C19 red brick building. Two storeys. Four window range of casements on the upper storey and double-hung sashes with glazing bars on the ground storey. At the south end there are pilasters and cornice of a former C19 shop front. Roof tiled, with a central square chimney stack.
