House. Early C19. Painted Flemish-bond brick, rendered flank and low-pitched concrete pantiled roof behind plain parapet; large square central ridgeline stack. EXTERIOR: 2 storeys; 2-window range. 1st floor has one 12-pane and one 16-pane sash window both with segmental-arched brick heads. Ground floor has doorcase with flat cornice/hood on fluted pilasters and reveals with 2 moulded over one flush panel. Former shop window with cornice and fascia on thin pilasters with 3-light window having a central horizontal glazing bar. Pilasters continue to ground enclosing brick panel under window. Rear extension of C20 with hipped machine-made plain tile roof. INTERIOR: not inspected.
