-- II Former farmhouse, now 2 dwellings. C16 with mid C20 renovation. Timber framed and rendered. Thatched roof, hipped over service end to right. 3- cell form. 2 storeys and attic. 4 windows, mid C20 2-light casements without glazing bars. Stack has rebuilt axial shaft. Interior.

Considerably modernised. Some good quality studding in hall and chamber above, with evidence for original windows. Hall has chamfered-joist ceiling, the main beam with broach stop-chamfers at one end. Mutilated moulded lintol over hall fireplace. Service partition removed and replaced by later studded cross-partition in lower bay of hall. Queen-post roof. Use as post office ceased in 1884.
