5/48 Hulls Farmhouse - II

House. C16/C17 with early C20 alterations and extension to left. Timber framed with hanging cedar shingles. Red plain tiled roofs. Central chimney stack to left range, attached square shaft to right range. Taller C20 left range, original right build with rear wing. 2 storeys. 1:2 window range of 2 and 3 light small paned vertically sliding sashes. Internal features include, original chimney stack now with C20 fireplaces. Stop chamfered bridging .joists, square section ceiling beams. C17 3 boarded door, and vertically boarded doors.

C18 corner cupboard. Rear wing with cambered tie beam. William Dunningham, Yeoman, lived here L796. F.H. Erith "Ardleigh in 1796", 1978
