L-shape corner plan. 2 storeys. 5 bays to Duke Street. Left-hand off-centre panelled door with semi-circular fanlight having curvilinear glazing bars and reeded surround. Sash windows with rubbed brick flat arches. Paired modillion cornice. Hipped roof.
