10/125 Stables and Carriage House at Little Durnford Manor 18.2.58

GV II Stables and carriagehouse. 1737, for Edward Younge, heightened late C19. Flint and stone chequerwork with brick details, tiled roof. Asymmetrical. Taller central section with two carriage doors with round heads, blind opening to loft over. Simple brick pediment with a corniced lozenge shaped clock. Store room to rear.

Stone arms of Younge and Baynard, 1660-1708 reset between doors.

To right, brick paved stable and tack room. To left, a longer wing, now garage with loft over.
