Offices, formerly a house. C19, possibly with late C17 core. Red brick; roof, seriously damaged by fire in 1982, has C20 plaintiles and a modillion eaves cornice. 2 storeys, attics and basement. 2 window range: sashes without glazing-bars in plain reveals with stone sills and external slatted shutters. 2 gabled dormers with 4-pane sash windows. A central entrance door with a reeded doorcase and a C20 bracketed hipped porch roof is up a flight of stone steps with cast-iron wreathed handrails.
