TL 44 NW FOWLMERE SHEPRETH ROAD (West Side) 2/135 Lower Farmhouse II Farmhouse. Late C17. Timber-framed and plastered. Thatched roof half hipped to left hand. Rebuilt gault brick ridge stack to right of centre.

One storey and attic, three unit plan. Two C20 casement ground floor windows and boarded door; three similar casement eyebrow dormer windows. Single storey extension to west with C20 tiled roof and casement window.
