SADDLEWORTH WOOD BROOK SD 90 NE (off Wood Brook Lane) 3/355 Nos. 4 and 6 Laureate's - Place G.V. II 2 back-to-back houses. Late C18. Hammer-dressed watershot stone with graduated stone slate roof. Double-depth plan, later a back-to-back, has 3 storeys and 1 bay. 5-light ground floor window and 9-light on the upper floors all with recessed flat-faced stone mullions. 1 and 2-light gable windows, a blocked door and blocked attic light. Brick gable chimney stack. Rear has a lean-to extension and a 5 or 6- light window on each floor.
