Early C18 front to earlier building. Chequer pattern brick, old tile roof, brick chimney stack each end, wood modillion cornice, three hipped dormers with 2-light casements. Three storeys and attic, moulded first floor band. Five double hung sash windows in flush wood cases with architrave moulding. Ground floor has central carriage arch with modern canopy and old gates; on left two windows with cambered arches with moulded brick cornices over. Two storey wing to east continues into No 14 (q.v.). C18, red brick, old tile roof. Two storeys, plinth and first floor band. Half glazed door on left with hood on shaped brackets, sash window on left with cambered brick arch, two sash windows to first floor. Rear elevation of main building: 3 gables, painted rendering, 3-light leaded window to second floor centre, which projects above first floor with a coved section, continued into the cornices of the flanking 2-storey wings. 3-light Yorkshire casement to first floor cornice.

Flanking wings of brick, hipped tiled roofs. Sash windows to end elevations, blank recesses to inner faces, one sash window below to eastern wing, which is linked to a further wing of earlier date, timber framed with brick infill, and some weatherboarding, old tile roof. Two light Yorkshire casements to east elevation, modern garage doors.

Interior: good-Cl7 timbers exposed.
