Pair of cottages. Early C19. Roughcast cob with stone footings. Gabled-end slate roof. 2-storeys.

Front: 4-window range, 12-pane sash windows, horned to no. 48, unhorned to no. 46; door to no. 48 under tiled porch on shaped brackets. Right hand end door, with C20 window above. 1 axial and 2 end stacks with brick shaft. Interior not inspected.
