Farmhouse. C17 with C19 and other modifications. Local lias stone roughly squared and coursed, occasional Ham stone dresinqs; Welsh slate roof between coped gables. End chimneys, one ashlar, one stone, also C20 stack in reconstructed stone. 2 storeys, 5 irregularly spaced windows to first floor. Several patterns of timber casement windows, those below mostly under flat lintols, some of wood and exposed; those above with segmental voussoired arches: one window retains part of a reverse chamfered mullioned window with label over. Lean-to on West side.
Entrance left of Eastern bay, with fly door under massive slightly arched stone lintol. In lean-to at rear, North, the remains of 2 reverse chamfer mullioned windows, and an adapted C17 door; in main house deep chamfered beads and Tudor arched opening, centre room.
