5327 (South Side) No 53 (Duston House) SP 7261 8/319 II 2.

Mid C19 house in classical style. Stucco, Welsh slated roof behind balustraded parapet with ball finials. 2 storeys, entablature with modillion cornice.

Vermiculated quoins. 4 sash windows with glazing bars in architrave surrounds.

Round headed doorway with fanlight in archivolt under Corinthian porch. Wings: lower 2 storey on right, 1 storey on left.

In the above entry:

No 53 (Duston House) shall be amended to read Duston House.

The descriptive notes should be amended to read:
