Description

The caption beneath this album print reads 'Further view of main building with a closer view of the basement shuttering to Block 'B' in the foreground. To the rear of the photo beyond the hoist tower can be seen Block 'C' at first floor level, this is the main toilet block which rises 3 storey high on the west side of the main building. These towers are then connected by a corridor link.'

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
