Description

This outing was attended by over 300 Laing staff and family members from contracts scattered across the South-Western area, with coaches setting off from nine different starting points. During the day, some people took a boat trip to Portland Harbour where they were able to board H.M.S. Anson. Others took part in beach games and donkey rides, and lunch was served at the Clinton Restaurant.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
