Description

An outing to the Empire Pool in Wembley to watch Holiday on Ice, 1960, was arranged for the children of Laing's Sports Club members. 220 children were in attendance with each child receiving a programme, a bag of fruit, chocolate and sweets, plus an ice cream during the interval.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
