Description

Lincoln Hall was designed by architect F E Woolley and was built by Laing for the University of Nottingham, opening in 1962. The complex consisted of an imposing gatehouse, a dining hall, library and common rooms, with three and four-storey accommodation blocks for male students built around a quadrangle.

This image was catalogued as part of the Breaking New Ground Project in partnership with the John Laing Charitable Trust in 2019-20.
